This elixir is made with permission using Arielle de Martinez's method. (Her website is here.) Her method utilizes alcohol, heat, and water to extract all the beneficial constituents from Turkey Tail. A mushroom supplement should be heated in order to release all the beneficial polysaccharides.
This elixir contains alcohol, reverse osmosis water, raw honey, and non-GMO, food-grade, palm-derived glycerin. The reverse osmosis water is "hungry" and seeks out minerals, pulling beneficial goodness from the mushrooms. The honey adds a touch of sweetness and medicinal qualities, and the small amount of glycerin helps to suspend turkey tail so each dose is a balanced one.
