I'm Becca, the founder of Wild Oaks Apothecary. I run a physical storefront in Redding, California, with a team working there, an online shop, a wholesale line, a business Instagram page, and two online courses. I started Wild Oaks with a dream to support women in all seasons of life, and especially those walking through loss.

I do this all day long in my personal life, even down to my decor and how often I move items around to get it just right. One 60-minute call focused on your needs. You send me your questions and concerns beforehand, and I come prepared with answers, links, and tools to set you up for success. We cover a LOT of ground in one hour!

The Echinacea Package — $190.

For those needing a little more oomph. Two 60-minute calls focused on your needs. You send me your questions and concerns beforehand, and I come prepared with answers, links, and tools to set you up for success. This package includes additional email support for follow-up questions, without needing to book a full call. Most of my clients book two sessions. The first covers the important questions, then time in between calls is used to implement strategies discussed in the first call. The second call is booked once the first strategies are integrated and you are ready for more.

The Reishi Package — $275.

A package to thoroughly address all functions, facets, and areas of need. Three 60-minute calls focused on your needs. You send me your questions and concerns beforehand, and I come prepared with answers, links, and tools to set you up for success. This package comes with additional email support for follow-up questions, without needing to book a whole call, and a few check-ins from me in between our calls to see how you are doing. Most of my clients book two or more sessions. The first covers the important questions, then time in between calls is used to implement strategies discussed in the first call. The second call is booked once the first strategies are integrated and you are ready for more. The third is booked when both rounds of strategies are implemented.

Every package starts with a short intake form filled out at checkout. This allows me to prep and maximize the time we spend strategizing on the call.

What to expect for your first call

  • After you purchase a call package, I will reach out to connect with you and book a time slot. Once you approve the time, we schedule the call. For those outside of the US and Germany, I will send a Zoom link for a voice call. For those in the US or Germany, you will receive a phone call.

  • During our email communication, you can share with me your points of concern, what you need help with, and what questions you might have. Don’t stress over this part! This is just to make sure I maximize our hour and come prepared. If more questions pop up before or during the call, please mention them.

  • On the call, I will briefly introduce myself, then ask about you, and then begin working through each point of concern.

  • At the end of the call, I will offer you what I feel is best for the next steps. Once you implement those, you can book another session and chat through your next round of questions.

What you can't easily find is someone who has run this specific kind of business — a small-batch, handmade, herbal products company with a storefront and real in-person and online customers. When I started this shop in 2022, I went into it completely blind. My husband and I spent hours researching next steps, the legality of starting a business, business license fees, packaging sourcing, how to scale products, what equipment to use, and more. What I wish I had during that time was someone to hold my hand, break down the steps in a clear way, and offer support when it all felt overwhelming.

I am not selling you a get-rich-quick course, a generic PDF, or a regurgitated call filled with generic advice. Offering something like that would not align with my beliefs and who I am as a person. Refund policy

I respect your time and investment, and ask that my time investment is also respected. Once a call is scheduled, no refund may be offered. However, we can move dates up to two times to accommodate sudden schedule changes. Any shifts after that will not be honored, and a new call will need to be booked, paid for, and scheduled. Any missed calls (no-shows) will not be rescheduled, and a new call will need to be booked, paid for, and scheduled.

All other refunds may be accepted within 24 hours of purchasing if a call date has not been scheduled.
